Is DreamClip free?

No. Generating costs credits, and you always see the exact credit cost before you press Create. There's no free generation — but a failed generation is never charged.

Which models can I use?

Real named models — Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance, PixVerse, FLUX, Grok — plus our house models (Draft, Standard, Master) that state the engine they run on. We never silently swap one model for another.

What happens if a generation fails?

You keep your credits. They're held when you press Create and only settle when a finished, verified output is delivered. If it fails, the hold is released straight back to your balance.

Do you show the cost before I generate?

Always. The exact credit cost for your current settings is shown before every Create — no surprise charges after the fact.

Do my credits expire?

Monthly plan credits are for that month — they refresh each billing cycle rather than stacking up. On an annual plan your credits arrive monthly and each drop lasts about two months. One-time credit packs last 90 days. Packs stack on top of a plan, and we always spend your soonest-to-expire credits first so nothing is wasted.
